I found this recipe last year, in a magazine, from the Eagle Brand Products. It was such an easy and delicious recipe that I made it again this year for Thanksgiving. I will definitely be making it for Christmas too! Hope you love it!
Also, make sure to come back on Wednesday for my Share the Wealth Wednesday Link Party!
Ingredients:
15 oz. Can Pumpkin (about 2 Cups)
14 oz. Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Salt
9 inch Unbaked Pie Crust
Directions:
HEAT oven to 425°F.
Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth.
Next, pour into crust.
Then, bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1-inch from crust comes out clean.
Cool and serve with whipped topping or ice cream!
