Be sure you get to the last Confirmation step where you will be asked a simple math question with a numerical response and you need to answer it correctly in order to confirm you are a person asking for this sample (and not a computer program). You should receive your free sample within 4 to 6 weeks.
Due to high traffic they may be experiencing technical problems, so if you get an error please try again! My last page froze so I didn't see a confirmation page. I just re-entered my info and submitted. It told me that I had already entered for the freebie.
